I have been working with Jessica Bracco for almost one year now. She has offered insight, knowledge, compassion and humor to our journey. She has been a joy! This program has given me a clearer mind and stronger body. As Jess and I said this morning, it's great to be able to feel as though you have at least some control of your own life, in this crazy world we live in. Thank you, Jess and thank you Dr. Pompa. Keep up the good work!

The Pompa Program helped me become healthier. I have been a type 2 diabetic for 25 years. My A1c is down along with my daily testing numbers. The neuropathy in my left foot has diminished and is almost gone. Dr. Michael Nichols, my coach, has given helpful instruction on diet and fasting, and other principles, to help me achieve these goals. I now look forward to a better, healthier life for the years to come.

Andrew took the time to listen and explained the Pompa program goal in great detail. Though we were unable to commit to the program at this time, we are keeping it in mind and hope to get started in the near future. Cellular heath is something we should all be striving towards.

Erin Diaz was my coach during the several months that I was taking Dr. Pompa's detox program. Erin was such a help to me. Being that I am close to 80 years old, I had trouble figuring out the routine of taking all the supplements and finding things on Dr. Pompa's site, and Erin was so patient with me and always available when I needed help. Plus she was very reassuring when I was having symptoms of detox that weren't very pleasant, and helped me adjust certain supplements to make me more comfortable. My coaching sessions went from April of 2025 to August, 2025

I feel blessed to have found this program. It has been an amazing experience. Within a few months I was able to get off my thyroid meds and my Hashimoto’s went into remission after the first year. I also lost 20 lbs of very stubborn weight following this program. The program works if you do your part! I feel the best I have felt in years. It really must become a way of life. I am in longevity now and my coach is Dawn Thomas. She is very knowledgeable about the program & makes great suggestions when I need assistance. She is a joy to work with.

So far I have been having a great experience with my coach, Silvik. She makes me feel comfortable and confident in this journey.

I have had Chronic west Nile encephalitis since March 2024. When i met Chiquita in February 2025 my speech was slurred, i could hardly walk, put thoughts together, retain information, i had chronic headaches, chronic IBS, basically lived on the couch. Through these amazing meds and her thoughtful coaching over the last year, i am almost back to normal… about 75%. The IBS Ive had my whole life is gone!! I worked a 1000 piece puzzle! I can walk 1/2 a mile and do all the basic housekeeping chores, i can read and retain on a basic level, life is good!! I still have setbacks. It will take a while for the brain to recover, but Chiquita has been there every step of the way. What a cheerleader she is!! I just had 4 cavitations done (OUCH!) and she coached me through. The difference in how i feel post surgery is remarkable. I can now see the light. My family has their Mama back. My Mama her daughter. I can be there for the ones i love. And it will only get better! My immune system has never been able to keep up. Now i feel that from a cellular level it is being restored and I’m getting my life back… even better.

Angelina is my coach. When I first started this program my body was shutting down. I was getting auto immune diseases and I could not move. I slept all the time and craved sweets all day every day. I was not able to work around the house. I was short of breath and energy. I was falling down a big black hole. It was very depressing. I could not function. I started the pompa program out of sheer desperation. Slowly things started to get better. I was very determined to keep the course. At times I wondered if I was doing everything right. Then I would meet with Angelina and we would compare how I feel now compared to before. It is the difference of night and day. Trust the process. I Thank God for this 2nd chance in my life. I am getting stronger and healthier.
