I have been on the Pompa Program for nine months now. When I started, I had very many food, allergies and chemical sensitivities. I wasn’t able to swim in an outdoor pool or use any makeup whatsoever. Now with the help of Heather Delaney, I can eat everything, I can wear mascara, and I can swim in the outdoor pool. This program really works.

This program and my coach, Heather, are so organized, efficient and outstandingly effective. I say thank you for this Program with all my heart ❤️. As a veterinarian who studies medicine, science, and is always looking for the root causes of illness in order to effectively and completely treat chronic disease 🦠 I am so grateful. Life is a journey and chronic inflammatory disease states can suddenly or slowly take over one quality of life. This program resonates with me, a 53 yr old man. because the science 🧬 is sound and the results for me have been almost magical or miraculous in a short matter of time. The process is simple and practical and healing which I believe will give many people hope with a simple doable, accessible, and easy actionable game plan no matter how old you are or what your condition or conditions are. It’s simple!!!! It’s all about the cell. Detoxifying your cells and nourishing your cells to restore them to optimal function 💥 🤩 💥🤩 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for this Program. It’s the Map to Health that gave me Hope and has put me on the right path finally. Dream come True !!!!

I have not been well for 5 years. I started the program in November 2025. My healing journey has improved tremendously! Eight weeks prior to starting this program my TSH (Thyroid) was at 8.36 now it is at .276. My functional medicine doctor couldn’t believe it.He believes I will eventually be off the meds. I also had major gut issues. Gut issues are now GONE! I recently had all my amalgams removed, cavitation surgery (4), root canal extraction and a tongue tie release just for more fun. I will be starting on my third brain phase as soon as my mouth heals. It’s been a lot of work and dedication to get my life back but so worth it! I am so thankful that my loving God led me to Dr. Pompa!

We have been on the program for 3 months now and have been sleeping better, lower inflammation (my husband especially and as a butcher it’s needed), my memory is WAY BETTER! Marissa is our coach and is fabulous.

I’ve been in the Pompa Program for about 1-1/2 months. I was truly blessed with the most suitable and competent coach I could have ever been assigned. Jessica Bracco makes my journey fun and doable. She’s full of great info, is always open to listening & giving me suggestions, encouraging and always follows up immediately on Zoom notes or suggestions on Webinars she mentions she will send my way. I just hope my hubby’s search for his service dog due to his blindness is as great a match as Jessica has been to me. God Bless Jessica and the entire Pompa team.

The Pompa Program has been a great addition to my life. I have always struggled with implementing new or healthy routines into my day to day life. Probably because they take a conscious effort and we are all so busy that if we are not seeing and more importantly feeling results, it’s really easy to just let the routine fade away. Sure you paid a lot of money for the program and that should be a motivating factor for you to strive to get the most out of it. And it is. BUT, for me having the coach has made all the difference. My coach is Heather Delaney. Heather is my motivating factor. She brings in a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to the calls we have. She is super fun to work with, not just “pushing a program” but asking the right questions along the way. She provides me with new insights, and challenging me to be intentional about making lifestyle changes. I admit, I am a slow learner, mostly because I’m stubborn. I have made progress and I have some wins. I feel pretty good. But if I’m being honest, I don’t think I would be where I am without my coach. So thank you Dr Pompa and thank you Heather!

Joining the POMPA program during such a vulnerable period in my life, amidst health challenges and personal stresses, initially made me apprehensive. However, I quickly grew more confident and resilient. The program offers a wealth of resources, and most notably, the one-on-one coaching sessions with Michael Kacanich. He is not only highly knowledgeable but also patient, kind, and engaging. I look forward to every session, as he is always available to address concerns or celebrate milestones.
