Products are tested. I trust my coach Alyson to help me from our discussions , make decisions about how to detox properly. The detox at first was difficult.But now , a year and a half into it , it's not any problems for me at all. I enjoy the quick customer service and my coach seems to know an answer all of my questions that are even very difficult of things that I see on the internet.

The Pompa Program literally saved my life and I am forever grateful. I still have work to do, but I have gotten my health back and I feel so empowered now that I know how to continue these lifestyle changes to maintain my health long-term. Before the program, I was trying to research the many topics the Pompa Program teaches about on my own. It was overwhelming and I never knew if the information I was reading was even true. The Pompa Program provided all of the education I was looking for, and I knew it was information I could trust. I love that I can do the whole program at home because I live in a rural area and the closest functional medicine clinic is 3 hours away. My coach, Christy Monahan, has been incredible. She not only guides me on my health journey, but she answers my never ending questions and is a big emotional support as well. I believe in this Program so strongly after getting my own health back that I now enrolled my daughter too (after she was diagnosed with a thyroid condition). She has been amazing as a trusted health coach and has guided me with extended knowledge of what I need to do to get my health moving forward .The Pompa Program is amazing and the program is fortunate to have her on their team. I’ve been doing the Pompa Program for over a year and what a journey, down some pounds and feeling much healthier every day. The coach (Kaylan Lira) I was assigned is the most patient, informative and caring person. I am super sensitive to everything and she helped me work out issues and doing the program in a way that works for me. If I had a question, she’d always help me find the best solution for me. An added favorite of mine and benefit is the Facebook group where there are others who are going through the program and share their experiences as well as coaches sharing insights and extra videos.
