Forever thankful for the opportunity to have my life back. Thankful for my family who helped me find the resources to make a lifestyle change and go through the hard but rewarding body&brain detoxing. Thankful to my coach & the Pompa Program for diminishing 99% of all the daily struggles I was facing physically & mentally. All the tools & resources of knowledge that I’ve gained, I’ll be able to carry with me for a lifetime. Without these people I’d still be in an incredible amount of pain and living a miserable life. I will never forget what those days felt like. In one year, I’ve gained my life back, day by day, I’m no longer in constant pain, and a bonus I’ve been able to lose about 70lbs.

The Pompa Program is very good at breaking down information in a way that is easy to understand and follow. ... When following their protocols real healing actually occurs. When I started, I had a lot of digestive pain, acne, hormonal issues, and fertility issues. At the end of five months, my ovulation pain is minimal and my cycle pain is gone. My acne is minimal and rare. I'm still dealing with digestive issues but it's more manageable/less scary, I'm able to determine exact foods that trigger my symptoms, and I know that continuing on this plan will result in further healing. I know there is still a long way to go but I feel so confident in this program and how it equipped me to continue on my healing journey. My coach was really great as well, she explained protocols and reasons for specific ingredients that helped me understand why this protocol is biologically effective. When I struggled with new emotional and environmental stressors she knew how to encourage me and help me calm down so the additional stress didn't inhibit my healing too much. Just, thank you for the experience, knowledge, and equipping me for continuing to heal.

Chris was wonderful to work with. I learned a lot and he got me on healthy path that I'm excited to continue.

The Pompa Program is an excellent program. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable of the program, the various phases, and the classes. Every coach was informative, attentive, took time to fully explain the subject and answer question. They made me feel comfortable so I could easily ask questions.

I had the best coach in Michelle Herzog… I have all the tools to continue working on my health for the next 2 years and beyond. I miss everyone already!

This is life changing stuff! As a father of 3 I felt like I was letting my family down and my health was a burden they had to carry. I had tried it all yet I was always having to take naps because I had constant stomach problems, brain fog, headaches, and so much more that pulled me out of commission. You know it's bad when you hear your 5 year old say "I can't play with dad because he doesn't feel well". Its heart breaking. That moment caused me to say enough is enough and fortunately for me I found Pompa Program. I have felt so blessed throughout this whole process. The support, guidance and empowerment. Not only am I the father and husband I dreamed of but I am also my best health advocate. I love that its not a "magic" protocol or you take some "magic" supplements, the Pompa Program educates you so that you can make changes and make better decisions. I feel like I went back to school to get the owners manual to how to take care of my body. The Pompa Program launched me into the best health of my life! Was So thankful for the knowledge and help from this Program. It’s been what I’m considering the icing on the cake of this God given, going on nine yrs., detox healing journey! My Coach Karol does a wonderful job of supporting and guiding. I now know how to continue safely removing what doesn’t belong in this Earthly Temple. It’s been a long but amazing journey. What has been collected from birth forward 57yrs. Want be quickly removed, as some seem to think. I’m aware, even with my 8yr., complete lifestyle change, eating clean, NOTHING that’s not God given, will be a continuous lifetime process, yet much easier. My Gratitude is beyond words for Everyone and Thing Jesus Christ has placed in my path of this Amazing Healing Journey. Nothing short of a Miracle! 🙌. From bedridden nursing home bound (2014) to die, with very little movement/control of this Extremely toxic Temple, to being healthier than EVER, in my life! So looking forward to this New, God Given Life, I know is just getting started. The best is ahead. 🥳 What a great time to be alive.
