Shauna McGee was friendly and informative. The call was a pleasant experience and we truly learned from it. My daughter was the one interested in the program and it was nice that we were able to listen in and ask questions to get a better understanding of how to support her in her health journey.

My wife and I recently did the consultation w/ Lynne Huntsman and it was a spectacular and very interactive consultation. Lynne answered our questions and was determining wether or not we would be a fit right now for the program. We will be re-visiting in about a year as our current health does not require or have an urgency to change what we are doing currently. We have changed our eating habits about 7 yrs ago b/c of the food production and sourced locally and maintained exercise in our daily routine. Lynne was not aggressive in attempting to get us on board as well which I appreciated. Overall it truly was to seek out of our test results were signaling an urgency to switch gears!

About a year ago my husband started losing mobility in his hands, arms and shoulders. Told by doctors it was arthritis/bursitis with the option of taking cortisone shots, that was not an option. We set out to find an alternative answer to help him. He was going for stretching 2 - 3 times a week, chiropractor 2 times a week and having a full body massage twice a month. It was giving some relief, but only temporary. My journey was about stubborn weight gain with weight loss resistance, joint pain, high blood pressure and headaches. In our research my husband came across Dr. Pompa in a video on Instagram. We researched the program and proceeded to order the urine test, which showed our cellular inflammation was off the charts. In June of 2023 we started our Pompa Program journey. We have had a great experience overall, with the most amazing coach we could have ever asked for. Emi McCarter, has been a wealth of knowledge, exceptional coach, teacher, cheerleader and now a forever friend. I am extremely pleased to say that my husband has regained full use of his hands, arms and shoulders, and the inflammation is no longer an issue! Of the many benefits we have experienced, we have both dropped weight (40 lbs for him and 25 lbs for me), we have energy, brain fog has gone away - we are thrilled! This program has been an answer to prayer and life changing. Nothing that is worth it is easy; put the work in, make the necessary changes, be coachable and you will not be disappointed!!
