My experience has been exceptional. My coach, Jessica Bracco, has been such an encouragement and wealth of knowledge. I appreciate her encouragement so much. When I'm disappointed in myself for feeling like I'm not doing enough, she's my cheerleader, suggesting new things to try and showing me grace. This program has helped me in so many ways and I'm thankful to have felt God nudging me to try it.

I have had a very good experience with the Pompa program. My coach, Amber, is very tuned into my personal situation and uses the Pompa store to help customize my supplement plan. I really feel she is making a difference to reach my goals!

Our health coach Mary Cornwell was excellent! She was very helpful to me and my dad and made the hardest parts of the program like dieting much easier by giving us recipes for healthy alternatives to our unhealthy favorites and giving us recommendations and multiple options for products for our specific needs throughout the program. Personally I have gone from 235 lbs to 175 lbs, eliminated morning nausea and gi issues, and boosted my overall physical wellness in a way that just feels plain good. I look and feel way better even as a 20 year old male.

I have had such an amazing experience with the Pompa Program. My coach Mary Cornwell started on my healing journey in January 2026, while I was having my home reconstructed after black mold was found on 2 floors of my home. She has been a light in my life and joy to work with. Giving great feedback and next steps to take on my journey. In February 2026 I had my silver amalgams removed then two weeks later I had oral surgery to remove all the debris in my 3 Cavitations and remove my root canal tooth and get an implant. It was a hard surgery. Mary gave me such great advice on foods to eat and foods to avoid after surgery. I did all of the Pompa program homework leading up to mold removal, amalgam filling removal and cavitation and implants. I have learned so much from Dr. Pompa about how you can heal at the Cellular level. I wrote a 40 day devotional on healing and just published The Garden of Your Heart on Amazon 5-4-26 because I have had such a great healing experience. I'm 67 and I felt I was starting to fall apart. I had so much inflammation, sciatica and neuropathy in my lower legs that I didn't know where to turn. I saw a short with Dr. Pompa and he was explaining his program to help rid the body of the various toxins that we have slow and unknowingly obsorbed through the years. I was intrigued and looked into it. I spoke with a very kind and knowledgeable coach and decided that this would be a life changing experience that I would benefit from. I have been on the program for 6 months with monthly coaching with Angela Peel and I have learned so much and it has changed my life. For one thing my neuropathy is almost gone, my digestion has had the hugest change and I can sleep through the night again. I have lost 20 lbs and I am sure that it's from less inflammation. I would recommend this experience and there is someone kind to walk you through.

Working with Jessica Bracco has been a great experience. Her interest in getting us up to a healthy state is greatly appreciated. She has been a crucial in understanding how Dr. Pompa program works. Meeting with her every month provides us with tips and ways to adjust to Dr. Pompa program and products.
