I had my initial interview with Christina Heliotis today and for the first time in over a year, I feel truly encouraged and hopeful . She really took the time to look at my health journey individually and explain how this program can help me. I will leave more about the program once I have gone through it but I have been unbelievably discouraged and disheartened this year as my symptoms have gotten worse and worse and the doctors keep adding more medications but nothing helps and everything has side effects. I’m a nurse and I love my job so much, but I was beginning to ask myself if I was going to have to give it up because my body can barely function now. The traditional methods of treatment are not working at all and I am miserable at 46 years old. Thank you, Christina, for the time you took with us today and for making me believe that there is a better way and there really is hope for healing. You have a beautiful soul that I could feel through the screen even and I am so thankful to have met you today!

I am excited to start my program. My team of coaches are knowledgeable and caring. They are very thorough and always there to help. Can’t wait to start my supplements and get my journey going.

The Pompa Program has such a great support system as you work through your health issues. Coach Brandy was so helpful and encouraging throughout each phase of the program. My only disappointment is not being able to at least continue accessing the Facebook page when you have graduated from the program. I have learned so much this past year! Thank you, Brandy, for your guidance and encouragement!

Andrew was very helpful when discussing my concerns and in explaining the program to me. Everything discussed makes such sense, and I look forward to participating in the program in the future.

I recently signed up for the Pompa Program and I am excited for this experience to healing. I had a wonderful conversation with Eric Gubera, who consulted with me. Eric was extremely welcoming, a compassionate listener, impeccably thorough, as well as patient and understanding. Eric listened intently to my health history and explained how The Pompa program will address the pieces that have been missing in my past attempts to heal. Eric's knowledge and passion for others to heal was evident. He was so kind and gave me so much hope. I know this will be a healing journey and I am ready to heal.

I went through Dr. Pompa's Program and am very happy with the results. I was having trouble swallowing my food and that is healed. I also had brain fog and low energy and am improving on that as well...The people on Dr. Pompa's team are great, all the way from our first interview, help with tech and membership, to our current coach Dr. Katie Hamilton, who is the best, has been a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for joining this amazing family.

Fanzo was so great! Always answers questions and is very personable. He is on his A game as far as ensuring every appointment is scheduled correctly. He ensures that I understand what the next step is and helps me feel comfortable walking forward! Thank you.

I thank God for leading me to this program. After retiring from an amazing 24 year long Air Force career I felt tired, broken and depleted in body, mind and spirit. I decided to focus on myself for the first few month’s and that’s when I was led to this program. I watched a YouTube video and then made a call. I decided to be one of the “3 percenters” and with the help and support of my mom and family, I have almost finished the program. Losing weight had been such a hard thing for me to do, or not do really because I had tried everything to try and lose. I was so discouraged that I had just accepted being overweight. My number one goal was to just feel better physically as I suffer from chronic pain. That was my focus; yet, in the process of this program, I have lost a total of 30 pounds so far and I thank God for that! I’m also thankful that I feel so much healthier and day by day I know my body is getting in the best shape it’s probably EVER been in from the inside-out! I plan to continue this journey as it is a way of life now and I am excited with the results and looking forward to where this path leads and how my body will continue to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. I HIGHLY recommend this program to any active duty or veteran wanting a true change in their health! Thank you to ALL involved in the Pompa program that have helped me get to where I am now.
