Actually, about delivery time, our products are made-to-order, handcrafted, they are not available so they take approximately 7-15 days to be proceeded and about 3-4 weeks to be delivered to you. In case you use the express shipping, that process will be reduced to 12-18 days only. Regarding the materials, our shirts made of 80% Polyester and 15% spandex manufactures high-quality thermal-transfer printed products and keeps you comfortable, cool, and dry while you work and play. (these information are presented well on our website, please have a look). These products are produced by many of our co-operated vendors in North America, the EU, and China. Vietnam is our choice for any return item with the aim of voluntary. In terms of size, we include our size chart publicly so that you can have a clear idea about our size chart. Check the Size Chart out for accurate size, and please allow a slight 1-3cm difference due to manual measurement and a slight color variation due to different lighting conditions. For customers who are not satisfied with orders, we also have proper policy for them as what we sent you. Once again, we're sorry that our products and services didn't meet your expectation, we will consider and improve them.
