Polynesian PrintReviews of polynesianprint.com

Do not buy from this company. They present themselves as a Polynesian business, but everything ships from China. Their own About page admits your order is printed at their "factory" when you order — that's a print-on-demand dropshipper, not a Polynesian company. Their listed US address (4244 Montgomery Road, Ellicott City, MD 21043) is literally a Maryland Army National Guard armory. Look it up yourself. There is no US branch. Everything is "made to order," which is their excuse for refusing all refunds. Once they have your money, it's gone. I emailed them days ago about my order and never got a reply. You're paying premium prices for Temu-quality shirts printed in China. Save your money.

I ordered two shirts from Polynesian Co., and both arrived completely oversized. All I wanted was a simple exchange for one size smaller, but their customer service turned it into a massive headache. Instead of just processing a standard exchange, they forced me to take and send pictures of the shirts with measuring tape to prove the sizing. After going through all that trouble, they still refused to accept the exchange. Their ridiculous "solution" was to tell me I could just purchase the shirts again at a discounted price. Why would I give this company more money when they won't even honor a basic exchange for items that don't fit? Sizing: Completely off. Customer Service: Unhelpful and rigid. Return Policy: A total joke designed to make you spend more money. Bottom line: Save your money and shop elsewhere. If your clothes don't fit, they will not help you—they'll just try to trick you into buying the same item twice.

Misleading & Deceptive: I recently ordered two quilt sets. The items I received were not the products advertised, and the listing is misleading in both description and photos. The product page clearly displayed QUILT sets, and nowhere did it state that the items were DUVET covers. A quilt and a duvet cover are materially different products, and the items delivered do not match the advertised description. This constitutes goods being "not as described." Deceptive. When I recieved their email response, they referred to the items as "duvet cover sets"—which confirms they were not quilts. Yet the listing I purchased from explicitly stated "QUILT sets" and USED QUILT-STYLE IMAGERY. They then offered a discount on a "quilt bed set," despite not offering any actual quilt products. This further demonstrates that the listing was misleading. Because the items delivered do not match the advertised product, the "made-to-order" policy should not apply. Consumers should not be held responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in a seller's listing. I requested a full refund and return instructions for both items. Which was denied due to the product is made-to-order. I have photos from the site as well as what I received. Along with the snap shot of the description & emails.

Never again, this was a lesson learned. I emailed the company after learning that my shirt was coming from China that our sizes differ and I wanted Big and Tall. I don't care if the sizes go up to 8X i need to make sure that my 4X is a proper fit. Sure enough it came cheaply made and tailored for a Short and Big person (NOT) A Big and Tall Man

Bought a $70 jacket, for the price I was expecting it would be a decent jacket but material was too thin and the prints are so cheaply made. Took almost a month to arrive. I should have read checked the reviews first before buying. Please dont buy from them.

Ordered seat cover worth $90+. Didn’t know that it will be coming from China. Waited a for a long time for the item to arrive ( almost a month). The seat cover is cheap. Not worth $90+. Did not bother to return because I know they will ask me to pay for the return fee to China. Do not order anything from this company.

They charge for merchandise not shipped! Scammy business!

This company is awful. The shirts I received were the worst most uncomfortable and cheap fabric I have ever seen. When you ask to return unworn items with tags in place, they refuse all returns. These items shipped from China even though the company states they have a US address. All email responses come at 1:30am which is clearly coming from China. I will be pursuing a dispute with my credit card company. Do not purchase from this company.
