Prix extrêmement élevé pour le rapport qualité/Prix.

I am extremely disappointed with Polymaker. My 9-year-old daughter has been saving for a 3D printer for an entire year. She finally managed to save half the money herself, so we decided to buy her the printer for her birthday, with the agreement that she would use her own savings to buy the filament. The shop where we bought the printer specifically recommended Polymaker filament, so on 27 August we placed an order for 15 rolls of filament, costing around €250 — a significant amount of money, especially when it is my daughter’s savings. According to the tracking, the shipment was handed over to DHL on 28 August. And then… nothing. The package has been showing as “in transit” since 28 August. I have contacted Polymaker by email and received no response. There doesn’t appear to be any other straightforward way to contact customer service. DHL has also been unable to provide any useful information. After trying to investigate this ourselves, I have now understood that there may be an issue with the barcode or address. And, yes, I have discovered that the house number was missing from the delivery address on the order. Mistakes happen — I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is how a €250 shipment can sit in transit for two weeks without anyone contacting us, while our emails go unanswered. This isn’t just some random order sitting in a warehouse. It is €250 of a 9-year-old child’s hard-earned savings, and she has been waiting patiently to finally start using her 3D printer. I am incredibly disappointed — not only with the delivery situation, but especially with the complete lack of communication and customer support. I would really like Polymaker to explain what has happened to this shipment and, more importantly, why it has taken two weeks to get absolutely no response from customer service. A good product recommendation means very little if the customer service afterwards is this poor.

Worst filament I have ever used. I mainly use Creality products but I ended up buying a roll of PolyMaker from best buy because that was the only place I could find filament local without purchasing online and having to wait. I literally have not been able to make 1 successful print with this stuff and I have a K2 Plus Creality printer. 90% of the time it turns into a spaghetti mess and the other ten, the solid form will brittle and break apart in my hands when taking it off of the bed. I have tried higher temps, I have tried slower speeds, I have tried EVERY kind of print setting you can change and not a single success. This is no exaggeration. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!
