I loved this company in the beginning, but I had an issue with my package not being delivered to the correct address resulted in loss package. Now present, I absolutely hate this company and will no longer work with them since they will not do anything for my lost package. Resulting in me having to pay more money, they just want to take peoples money. They do not care about the patients. They just care about getting your money. Find another better company that actually helps patients when things like this occur,

I have won so many great things and it came so fast in the mail.

It was amazingly easy which made it fun. Bought a beautiful Le Cruset pot for $20.

Can't wait to get it.

Polly where you bid on things. naturally, I didn't win and they charge me $30 for bidding, so I'll probably try to dispute that, I callled polly they answered me on a Sunday. Wow... it's not for me... customer service found my account and refunded back my $30.00 thanks for handling this issue. Lesson learned...

Lots of quality merchandise!

I was very impressed with the Polly support team. I’m positive that I didn’t hit a purchase now button, but, the order showed up in my account. I contacted support and all was refunded immediately. Thank goodness! Other than that, it is fun to bid & win on Polly!

For the second time in a row, my quarterly shipment of tirzepide was delayed...this time for 3 weeks. Obviously, this defeats the whole purpose. I have had zero communication. Tried to chat with them today. The estimated wait time was 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting I gave up. My advise is to not use them.
