Actual app, but spend money on auctions 95% of time you will not win, In my opinion feel like it’s rigged to let you win 1st one to reel you in and you never win again, it just takes the rest of your points until you just keep adding more money, like a scam.

I put in 100 points to go towards an item and it only marked me doing one penny increments four times. I would think that would mean that I had a hundred times to up the bid.I lost those hundred points and I don't like that you don't get your points back when you lose. It pushes you to have to buy points. I think that's their whole intention and that's where they really make their money. I refuse to buy points especially if I'm just going to lose them and not get them back when I don't win the bid

For the second time in a row, my quarterly shipment of tirzepide was delayed...this time for 3 weeks. Obviously, this defeats the whole purpose. I have had zero communication. Tried to chat with them today. The estimated wait time was 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting I gave up. My advise is to not use them.

really! The worst. Listen to me... I got sucked in. I wanted to belive it was OK. 2 stars is generous. The customer service if I can call it that was the worst. It's a scam. Product was OK... but they sent it to me warm and told me that was OK. Yeah, its not! Look at the research. Unreliable. Unreachable. terriblle. Filing a claim with my credit card with lots of screenshots of their incompetance. Don't do it!

The product is good, but if you need help it’s the worst service, I spent 50 min in the chat, I didn’t have the answer I expected and they closed the chat without an answer! Really disrespectful with the costumer!!!
