Booked through our UK travel agent, we were met at Nairobi airport, given a full itinerary along with all tickets and details. Their staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to tell us about their country. Nothing seemed too much trouble and everything we were told was going to happen did, seamlessly. They checked in every few days to monitor and made the experience memorable. Highly recommended
