I will advise anyone who's willing to purchase polk audio soundbar & bass speaker don't!!! I purchase one not a year ago and after awhile the speaker and bar don't connect when contact customer service you get all type of stories and @ the end you will be a loser i give 2 stars only because the time it play for that period...

DO NOT BUY POLK AUDIO PRODUCTS!! Purchased a soundbar with subwoofer about 5 years ago. Had multiple issues with the remote control (under warranty) and now the sub is not working. They no offer service or parts but want me to buy another product from them? Polk was supposed to be a good company but their products are cheap.

Après avoir acheté une barre son Magnifi max en outlet sur le site Polk. J'ai pu découvrir la qualité du service client. Malgré un achat de 370 euros , pas de facture. J'en suis à mon 5 ème mails pour espérer la récupérer alors que normalement c'est obligatoirement délivré. L'achat en question n'a pas tenu 2 heures , donc je me retrouve actuellement avec un système qui ne fonctionne pas et pas de solution. J'ai fait 2 mails pour leur demander une solution à mon problème . Aucun retour. Dommage le produit a l'air de qualité ( sonore ) mais pour le reste, nul !!
