Had a full home theatre system for over a grand. Needed the subwoofer fixed. The stereo repair shop needed a schematic.I contacted polk and since I didn't have the original receipt they would not help. Basically when Polk products fail they are garbage. the worst product support I've ever experienced. Buy any brand but polk is all I can say. I'm dumping mine on craigslist.

Bought the product because Which recommended. Device now no longer plays BBC radio’s stations plus others. Polk customer service will not communicate. So do not buy this product.

Bough two polk assist unit both not working properly,can't play some stations like BBC and few others.They got lots of problems to connect to Google home app. NOT RECOMMENDED,CLEARLY JUNK

Polk Assist No Longer Playing BBC Radio in the UK. I bought Polk to play BBC radio and within months the speaker failed. It appears Polk failed update some infrastructure technology, leaving customers swinging in the wind ... dreadful service. Never again buy Polk products, cannot trust them.

They use FedEx for shipping, just don't bother. FedEx is beyond awful and has refused to deliver my order bc of another order they had which requires scanning of my driver's license. Polk customer service was zero help. Cancelled my order and went to Best Buy as it is now too late to order online for delivery by Xmas. FedEx refused to leave this order on my porch even though no signature or id was required. Will never order from them again so long as they use FedEx for shipping.

I wish that I had seen these very bad reviews before purchasing an Polk Sound Bar. The blue tooth feature failed shortly after a year and this company would do nothing for me. I even offered to purchase a refurbished Polk Sound Bar and was interested in buying outdoor speakers for my pool. I've decided to go with Bose and pay more money for the reliability and service support.

Polk assist speakers can no longer play BBC radio. All issues described in detail by many frustrated customers on Polk forum (google "Polk Assist No Longer Playing BBC Radio in the UK") Polk customer assistance useless as usual -- they take 6 weeks to reply that there's nothing they can do about it.
