I think that this product was of excellent quality and value. My complaint is that the shipping time was too long. I would suggest that the company utilize a local agent who could rapidly fill orders and sell accessories in a more reasonable time frame. I found the website a little difficult to use, an upgrade there would be helpful.

WHAT A JOKE ! THIS IS NOTHING BUT JUST A RECORDING DEVICE THAT REQUIRES THEIR APP TO BE ON PHONE. WITH THE APP NOT BEING OPEN IT DOESN'T WORK. SO YOU NEED TO HOLD YOUR PHONE IN ONE HAND AND THIS TRANSLATOR IN THE OTHER HAND. IT IS NOTHING LIKE AS ADVERTISED WHICH IS MISLEADING! GOOGLE TRANSLATE FROM YOUR PHONE DOES A BETTER JOB AND YOU DON'T NEED TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM.
