Non-charging
I purchased the rechargeable penlight I wanna say it was the Aurora but I don’t think so. It was a bit more expensive than $29 more like 39 or 49 anyways I had it for less than six months when the battery would no longer take a charge I contacted customer service they sent me a new battery but that wasn’t the issue it still wouldn’t take a charge the red light that would come on to indicate that the flashlight was charging was not coming on. I tried contacting them again several times and received no answer. So I’m assuming they weren’t going to stand behind the product. Shame because when it worked, it did work good but for the $39 or $49 I spent it should’ve lasted longer than four months because now it’s nothing more than a paperweight. That’s my opinion and only my opinion but I definitely won’t be spending money on one of their products again.

BEST LIGHT EVER
I received one as a gift and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it was stolen so I bought 2 for myself. I can't wait to have it back.
Response from Police Security FlashlightsAug 23, 2023
Thank you so much for your amazing feedback, Michael! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your product enough to purchase more after it was stolen. That is the highest compliment and we really appreciate it. We understand how upsetting it can be when something of personal value is taken away from us and we hope that having a replacement (or two!) can help with the loss. If there's anything else we can do to support you further, please don't hesitate to reach out. It was an honor to have our product as part of your special moments – thank you for being part of ours.
