Excellent Light …
Most most helpful on my early evening walks with my chihuahua when darkness is setting in...safety is important for both of us as I am 66 and she is 10 yrs old.

Really great lights. Love the fact most of the are rechargeables.
I honestly could not find one at Fleet Farm, so I came to the website. Ordered one. Then I bought a headlamp. I didn't notice I bought a non-rechargeable one. So, I just bought a new one that is.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your five star experience with us! We are delighted that you chose to shop with us for your headlamp. We're sorry to hear that the headlamp you initially purchased was non-rechargable, but pleased that you found exactly what you were looking for in a second purchase. Thank you so much for your feedback! Best Regards, Stacy

I am pretty happy with the light…
I am pretty happy with the light overall; have one i bought prior to this purchase and it works well. Thought getting a cheaper one due to opened package would be worth it. One minor issue was that the light was turned on at some point from packaging/shipment, so the battery life probably won't be great. . . . other than that i like the product.
Response from Police Security FlashlightsOct 23, 2023
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and for choosing our light. We appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to hear that you are pleased overall. We apologize that the light was on during shipping and if this impacts battery life. Although we strive to package our products carefully, sometimes in transit there could be situations beyond our control that affect items. That said, we thank you for bringing it to our attention so that we can closely monitor these cases in the future. Regards, Stacy

They sent me the wrong flashlight
They sent me the wrong flashlight. It’s to much hassle to send it back so I’d rather not do business with them again.
Response from Police Security FlashlightsOct 5, 2023
I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our flashlight and that you did not feel it was worth the effort to send it back. This is unfortunately not the experience we normally provide -- our goal is always for customers to be entirely satisfied with their orders. It would be helpful to understand why there was a mix up, so if you're willing I'd appreciate it if you could let me know more details about the purchase and delivery process? We value your feedback and want to make sure that this sort of incident does not occur again. Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention, and we hope we can have another chance at meeting your expectations in the future. Regards, Stacy
