Police Security FlashlightsReviews of policesecurity.com

I received my package in good shape and in a reasonable amount of time. I opened the packages read the instructions plugged both lights in with the cords shipped with them. Within 4 hrs the flash light was fully charged. The headlamp was still charging after 24 hrs. Never got a full charge green light. I do not believe this light will be very reliable by not charging fully. Warnings pointed out light must be fully charged before using. It did not charge fully out of the box

Easy of buying great description of the product.

I’ve dealt with this company before and haven’t been disappointed. Fast, fair, and friendly. I wish all companies would be as good as they are.

It was delivered earlier than expected and works exceptionally well.

My comunication with Kelly has been extremely helpfull. That was the only way I could get my problem solved.

Sent the wrong battery for flashlight, battery was twice as long flashlight is only 4 inches is the smallest flashlight.

I purchased a police security flashlight at a large Canadian retain chain of tire stores. The info./ads. from police security suggested a quality product. NOT SO. The flashlight was advertised as having 5 operational modes, again NOT SO. the one light level that worked provided less than 50% of the lighting level of a $2.49 product from a dollar store, none of the other 4 modes worked. To make matters worse I contacted police security customer relations (Kelly) who provided access to a warranty claim form and an indication they would "reach out". NOTHING HAPPENED

Happy that you had a replacement battery tube. I thought I would need to replace the flashlight!
