Purchased a battery from police security, turned out the next time I went to charge it; it would not take a charge. I let customer service know my plight and with no hassle they agreed to send me a new battery. After that I bought three new flashlights from them. I'm sure that they'll be great, but if they're not, I feel confident that they will take care of me.
