SCAM! So much advertising about how they can deliver quick before the next big holiday- Does not apply if you order international (not from US). Should have known they would F*** me over when they automatically try to get you to pay insurance "in case the parcel goes missing". Of course my parcel is then "lost in transit". Didn't even tell me, I had to chase this up myself. Customer service are useless. The solution they offered for above? Pay another 50% of the original price for them to resend the item they lost. 😑 DO NOT BUY from these people.

Ho ordinato un regalo per San Valentino il 21/01 e dicevano che sarebbe stato spedito in 5/7 giorni. Ah, consegna garantita prima di San Valentino. Ad oggi ancora nessuna notizia e continuano a prendere tempo via mail scusandosi di qua e di là. Costo esorbitante per un servizio orrendo. Però le loro mail su promozioni/idee regalo continuano ad arrivare in modo fin troppo insistente.

Orders within guaranteed shipping for Valentine’s Day, still haven’t released my parcel. Not responding to my requests for updates. Also would need to pay import duty on an international ship to the UK, which was not clear when I ordered. Complete scam.

Ordered 18/01, sent an email with a screen shot of the details I had filled in the just to double check they had received the right information and today 29/01 had an email saying they’ve cancelled my order as I hadn’t given any details?! I’ve not got under 2 weeks to try and get another personalised gift!!!

1 mois et demi de retard , on ne répond pas à mes mail ! Aucun suivi du colis , et bien sûr quand je reçois mon colis on me demande de payer 15 € de taxe d’importation c’est la cerise sur le gâteau à plus jamais. Ne commander pas !!!

Bought from them on 9/12/24 and still no show of the product and their site doesn't help with tracking the package.

This shop is a scam and has terrible customer service. Don’t get sucked in by their spam ads. Poor communication, untrustworthy products, and bottom tier customer service.
