Ordered early November and was promised digital copies within a couple days. A month later and they have stopped answering emails or customer service questions. Still have not seen digital copies. Total scam

Pessimo Carta ordinata l'8 Ottobre arrivata il 5 Novembre, sorvolo sui tempi di consegna perché capisco che si trovano oltre oceano e non pretendo consegna in una settimana. La carta, bel materiale, peccato che la foto che avevo richiesto sia stata totalmente ignorata e ora sulla carta ho due persone che manco lontanamente ci assomigliano. Bel colpo.

Evitate questo sito,mia moglie ha cercato di farmi un regalo originale per la festa del papà . La carta è arrivata , ma sfortunatamente era di due fidanzatini che si giuravano amore. Adesso siamo ancora qui, ogni mese mi scrivono che la mia carta sarà spedita con la massima urgenza, ma ad oggi ancora nulla . Comunque se volete fare un regalo originale affidatevi ad altre agenzie. Se volete ho anche tutte le e-mail che provano il loro modo di lavorare

Did not receive the product advertised on their website. Contacted them 3 times to try and get it remediated so that the card was printed correctly. I give up.

They sent the product I purchased twice however didnt arrive. It has been almost two months of waiting time. They are not replying to my emails neither making a refund. Dont waste your money with them.

This company only wants your money - they don't care if you get good service or if they ruin your loved ones special event. In my case my autistic 7 year old son - I ordered him a personalised poke card with his name, age, a Pokémon type character and date of birth, 3 weeks before his birthday. Their website advised they will send you the artwork to view - they don't. I noticed after I viewed the order that the year preprogrammed into their order showed as 2024 rather than 2025 - I contacted and was advised the order would be amended - it wasn't. I then had 9 emails back and forward promising an amended card - this never happened and even the original card arrived 4 days after my son's birthday, as despite the delivery estimate they ship the item from China and it takes 3 weeks rather than the 7 days advised. So to bullet point - *Customer service is a joke *They lie to their customers *Items come from China *They take no responsibilities for errors on their part *No refunds

20% customs fees are now added to the order. Why does the end customer have to pay that? Incompetence
