Overall it was decent. The techs were willing to work with me after some things weren’t correct. Some if it was on me for not ordering the right things. I am not satisfied with the levels I got for my Pokemon however as they were not the levels that I requested. My game acted a little wonky after as well. Not sure what happened there but it seems to be working better now.

It only took a few moments but the best thing is you can change the original trainer name and customize the options without having to pay 1$ extra for every option, just 5 bucks and in 5 minutes you got your pokemon. I got Rayquaza and Giratina in Violet for 10 bucks in minutes, no muss no fuss. Highly recommend.
