It works I love it thank you get some Pokémon form than it cool will get more

I wanted to purchase a shiny mew. I was skeptical at first, so I reached out to the staff and asked them if I purchased a shiny mew, would it be compatible with Pokémon Home. Staff member told me yes. After purchasing I got a shiny Mew within 5 minutes. After checking Pokémon Home, I found out the Shiny Mew wasn't compatible. I was angered and reached out to the staff. Through trial and error they were able to trade back and fourth with me until they were able to finally get me a Shiny Mew that was compatible with Pokémon Home and even gave me free held items along the way. It's very reassuring to know that if you are given a Pokémon that isn't compatible with Home, the staff will work with you to resolve the issue. In this case, Patience was rewarded with excellent customer service and an overall satisfying end-result.

Great communication and good service

Great and awesome

It is not receiving a 1 star because of service. It was timely, fair, and honestly pleasant. HOWEVER, the problem with this website is that many (not all, but almost all legendaries) of the Pokémon they send are NOT legit and are code-generated/hacked. Pokémon HOME will not accept them because of this. And if it won’t go through HOME, any time you use them online you run a high risk of being banned. This became clear with the new Pokémon HOME update, and then all sorts of problems occurred. Especially if you are requesting any legends. The product is a huge risk if you like online raids, flipping Pokémon back and forth to different games to complete a Pokédex, or battling online. If you just want them for your own sake of just having them, then this is definitely a product for you.

Very quick and professional experience! I got exactly what I wanted with no issues!

They were very quick and accommodating with my order, especially when there was an issue on my part with an order request!! I can’t recommend them more!

Amazing customer service! And quick response time on orders and customer help. 10/10
