I resubscribed to pogo games after being away from it for 10 years. What a disappointment. I'm using the proper browser, Google Chrome, on a desktop 2024 Mac computer. Games malfunction constantly. After my paid month is up, I will not be continuing my subscription.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us — and welcome back after so many years away. We’re truly sorry to hear that your return to Pogo hasn’t been what you hoped for. That’s not the experience we want for any of our players. The issues you’re describing aren’t normal, and we’d really like the chance to help get things working properly for you. If you’re comfortable reaching out, our team can take a closer look at the games that are malfunctioning as well as your setup so we can pinpoint what’s going wrong. You can contact us directly at: help.ea.com → Pogo → Contact Us Or, if you prefer, reply here and we’ll help get the process started. We appreciate you giving Pogo another try, and we’d love the opportunity to make things right so you can enjoy your subscription the way you should.

Used to be a fun game. Prices keep going up and prizes get lower. Half the games don’t work right and cheat you. The new Pogis are terrible. Why would I want pogis for games I don’t play? Stopped buying anything and after my membership is over, goodbye pogo. I can never report anything as I can’t find out where, not that it matters as they don’t care.

Hi there — thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that Pogo hasn’t felt as fun or rewarding for you lately. I know how frustrating it is when prices, prizes, or game issues don’t meet expectations, and I appreciate you being honest about your experience. We’re actively reviewing rewards, Pogi distribution, pricing, and overall game performance to make sure they feel fair and enjoyable for all players. Feedback like yours helps guide those improvements, and I’ll make sure your concerns are passed along to the right teams. If you’re running into problems with specific games not working as they should, you can report issues directly on the Pogo Forums or by sending a message to Pogo_Sconnie — we’re always here to help and make sure things get investigated. I’m really sorry this has left you feeling unheard. We do care, and we want to make your experience better. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to gather more details so we can look into this further.

Biggest disappointment ever! The whole gaming community put time and money into your pockets, and you take what everyone wants to enjoy away! The old days were better, that was almost 20 years ago. Don't think i can support "EA" Electronic Arts anymore, how sad.

Hi Mercenary, We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We know how much passion players have for the Pogo community — many have been with us since the early days — and it’s never our goal to disappoint those who helped make Pogo what it is today. Our team continues to evolve Pogo with new games, improved features, and updates to keep things running smoothly across modern browsers and devices. That said, we understand that some of these changes can feel different from what longtime fans remember, and we take that feedback seriously. If you’d like, we’d love the chance to learn more about what you miss most or what would help improve your experience. You can reach us through the Help link on Pogo.com or by visiting help.ea.com — just mention your review so our team can connect the dots. Thank you again for being part of the Pogo community over the years.

I have been playing Pogo games for 20 years, long time. Don't care about points or prizes, etc. Just want to play Spades and Poppit. Yesterday the games stopped showing the full picture. Can't click PLAY or anything to advance the games. Can't see the bottom of any game!!!!!!!!!!! Are they trying to force me to pay-to-play, after all these years??
Response from Pogo.comNov 12, 2025
Hi Bonida, Thank you so much for being a loyal Pogo player for 20 years — we truly appreciate your long-time support! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with games not displaying properly. That definitely shouldn’t be happening, and it’s not related to any pay-to-play requirement. In most cases, display issues like this are caused by a browser zoom or scaling setting. Here are a few quick steps that usually fix it: Reset your browser zoom: On Windows: Press Ctrl + 0 On Mac: Press Command + 0 Try full-screen mode: Press F11 (Windows) or Control + Command + F (Mac). Clear your browser cache and refresh the page. If that doesn’t help, please try using another browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) or updating your current one. If you’re still having trouble after trying those steps, please reach out to our team at https://forums.ea.com/category/pogo-en and include the name of the game and a screenshot — we’ll make sure it’s resolved for you right away. Thanks again for your dedication to Pogo and for taking the time to share your feedback. We want you to be able to enjoy Spades, Poppit!, and all your favorite games just like before.

I tried to cash out over 17k points and after about two weeks they show it claimed expired. What a joke this scam of a company is. I have moved on and do not recommend this.

I am sorry to hear this, but Pogo.com is not the Pogo App that payouts money. You are talking about a different product.

I have been using pogo for about 6 months and everything was running fine until September of 2025. When I try to cash out my earnings, been trying for over a week, I am not getting a verification code. Customer service says it's an issue on my end but it definitely is not. I will be unistalling the app and never using it again.
Response from Pogo.comNov 12, 2025
Hey Monica — Thanks so much for reaching out! It looks like there might be a bit of confusion. We’re Pogo.com, the casual gaming site, but it seems you’re looking for joinpogo.com instead.

Won't credit anything unless you do an entirenoffer. Complete sezzle Step 1. Refuses to creditnunless i do Step 2. Class action law suit lets sue them. Pogo has been scamming since 2oo4nthey deserve it.
Response from Pogo.comNov 12, 2025
Hi Randall – We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. It sounds like there may be some confusion regarding Sezzle payments and how credits are applied. Pogo.com doesn’t directly handle Sezzle transactions, but we’d like to take a closer look to understand what happened and ensure your account is in good standing. Please reach out to our team directly at https://forums.ea.com/category/pogo-en and include any relevant order details or screenshots so we can investigate further. We’ll do our best to resolve this quickly and make sure everything is clear moving forward.
