Wide selection of canvases and wall decor, but some of the vendors that Pofily gets canvases from are in China are somewhere far off, therefore long time to receive item ordered ??!!

There is no customer service phone service which resulted in email communication issues sending several messages that were not answered. I was not sure the issue was resolved until my item was delivered. not comfortable or happy with my service. Love my order.

I ordered a 36" metal sign that turned out beautiful! It was a shame that the beautiful sign was shipped in only a flimsy cardboard covering with no packing. The sign was bent in a couple areas upon arrival. It would have been perfect if the $300.00 sign would have been shipped more carefully in a sturdy box with packing.

I ordered a sweatshirt for Grandma with the kids names on it....I ordered as they asked and it came in a different order.....disappointing.

T shirt ordered was awesome. The 2 ornaments ordered look cheap and not worth the price paid. Would have been nice if I would have been notified that the items were being shipped separately and at different times. I had to contact to find out that remainder of the order was being shipped separately

For me, when ordering personalized fleece blankets, color visual is essential. The color on this blanket doesn't at all look like the picture. It isn't beautiful or have that wild factor when unfolding it to read it. And I assumed you guys would let the words "To My Daughter Kayla" but instead it says "To My Kayla" Don't like at all, and will find someone name Kayla to bless them with this blanket. Sorry y'all. I'm just not a fan...

On my grandma’s love bugs T-shirt;I didn’t like the extra bugs on the grass plus the screen print was small. One of the bugs wasn’t the color I chose for it

I was extremely pleased with how quickly this was shipped, it was made and shipped and to my house in like 10 days! I was a little disappointed in the print though, to me it looked a little cheap. It was the design I chose, I would still use this company for future but would choose more carefully my designs.
