I ordered a ring from them, though i liked the design but the packaging was a bit not as per my expectations. If you are planning to gift or have a surprise idea, please consider discussing with them for the packaging. Otherwise ring was as show on the images and the support team is absolutely great in their work. Thank you for the support and a beautiful piece.
