My Poet Robson experience was great. They were especially helpful through the entire process and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. There was a quick turn around from the date of purchase to the deliver, which I really appreciated. The ring was absolutely beautiful, almost as beautiful as my NEW fiancé. Thank you Poet Robson for helping make this special occasion even more special.

I ordered a ring from them, though i liked the design but the packaging was a bit not as per my expectations. If you are planning to gift or have a surprise idea, please consider discussing with them for the packaging. Otherwise ring was as show on the images and the support team is absolutely great in their work. Thank you for the support and a beautiful piece.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you loved the ring and that our support team was able to assist you throughout the process. At the same time, we're sincerely sorry that the packaging did not meet your expectations. We understand that presentation can be an important part of the experience, especially when a piece is intended as a gift or surprise. We truly value every review and piece of feedback we receive, and your comments have been noted. We take customer feedback seriously and will be reviewing our packaging experience internally to identify areas where we can improve. Thank you again for your kind words, your support, and for choosing us. It was our pleasure to create this special piece for you, and we hope to serve you again in the future.

I bought an engagement ring from Poet Robson for my now fiancee, and I was very happy with the experience. The ring itself was priced very affordably compared to others on the market.
