Great for OSS
I use POEditor for a small open source project after running a trial with 3 other localization services. The project's translation files were constantly out of date since it was difficult to find what changed after terms were added or updated from the primary language. POEditors GitHub integration is great, makes it very easy to keep things up to date. Far more convenient than any of the other services I evaluated. Even with that integration I still wish they took the next step and provided a way to automatically pull new terms from git as they appear and push new translations as they are made. Also there doesn't seem to be a way to get notifications when new translations are made - since there aren't automatic pushes I need to go and check if anyone has made updates periodically. The dashboards are great, I can see all the changes people are making and exactly how far along translations are for each language. It would be nice if there were status badges that I could embed in the projects website like transifex has.
