Terrible service with poor UI
Terrible service with poor UI caused double charge for my translations. They just "group" all orders that might be draft and send it to translation. There is no way to cancel order, even after 3 minutes after submit. They don't want to make refund. Much better alternatives exists on the market. Just don't use it

Thank you for your review. As we've already explained, we act as a middleman between you and the translation service provider: you submit the order to them via our app, they automatically assign a translator from their queue and after the translations are done, they send them back to us. Unfortunately, once the translation process starts (it took as little as a minute for your order to be picked up), the payment for the order is automatically deducted and there's no way we can cancel it. It's unfortunate that this mishap took place after a good while of successfully using our service and the translation orders module. We're sorry we couldn't financially support this accident.
