What is going on with your website? Wont let me reorder more pods, wont let me continue shopping. It says WITH COMPLANT AS OF MARCH 27TH WE ARE UPDATING OUR WEBSITE. i need to know if i.will be able to get more pods or go somewhere else

I tried making a purchase and after i finished and went through the process of checkout it showed there was a problem (not sure if it was on my end) but when I logged into my bank account it showed I got charged twice and when I logged into my email to see if there was a verification and/or tracking number there was nothing.... I logged back into my account and it shows that there is no orders in my history....... I’m honestly very upset and truly annoyed at the fact I am being charged twice with no tracking or verification to know if my one order I originally made went through or not......

Both transactions get declined, we haven't receive any payment. These transaction details was sent to you via email. If it shows "pending". It takes 24hrs to release “pending” authorizations. It depend on banks, it may take up to 3-5 business days. if it shows “pending” more than 24hrs, contact your bank/credit card company, they have to manually release “pending ” transactions.
