The service I got from your team member Bert was, prompt, direct & professional, but mostly the promptness was a welcome change to a lot of other hosting companies.

My site, dharmapunxnyc.podbean.com has been hosted by podbean for 15 years; quite suddenly, without notification, the site removed 20+ audio files, removed the paypal button, removed the masthead... while the files were restored after pleading with customer service, I cannot say the site cares particularly about the financial survival of a small buddhist podcast.

The way they responded to me when I tested them the message. And how they were able to resolve my issue. Am very happy

I like the podbean support and their speed. It is certainly one of the top platforms available. What I would focus on is the appearance/design and options compared to other distributions. It is a bit outdated and confusing at times. It can be done more fresh/newest and intuitively. But of course you have to try it because everyone is comfortable with something different. I give it 4/5.
