I’ve contacted Podbean support a few times and each time they have answered quickly and solved my issues expertly.

I’ve been using Podbean for nearly a year now and my introduction to podcasting was made easy by their intuitive web site and publishing tools. I’m now set to produce a second podcast and couldn’t be happier with the results.

I have been using Podbean for months and it could not be easier to work with. BUT the feed couldn't be seem by Apple Podcasts for months. I had heard they were particular, so I tried to troubleshoot it myself. Completely frustrated, I contacted Podbean and Apple for help. Everything was solved within a couple of days. Worth mentioning that both parties were aware it was a little complicated and did the work on their ends and only had a couple of small asks from me to get things sorted. Team work wakes the dream work... and the podcast work.

The support team member, Rebecca, gave me sufficient information to solve my problem. I really appreciated.

Podbean support were amazing- so responsive to an unusual issue I was having- they were able to suggest a solution quite quickly, which worked perfectly.

Quick response to my problem and able to fix the issue right away. I love podbean and the support they provide for their customers.
