i would say that my experience with podbean was one i wasn't expecting to have at all. i'm working on a podcast as a personal/educational/passion project and was looking for platforms to post on. although i ended up going other routes, i still created a podbean account. however, trying to cancel it was a challenge due to reCAPTCHA and cookie site preferences but after a few emails back and forth with the tech team i was able to delete my account.

I am assuming we are talking about PodBean's customer service/tech services. I have been a small member of PodBean's family for over a year now with only 350 episodes uploaded and over 500 episodes in queue. Most of these programs have been over an hour long and most recently I have upgraded my account to include an additional channel for uploading poems and experiences with Veterans. PodBean has always been there for me and I trust PodBean as my main form of podcasting. One of the many points that I like about PodBean is that if you have a question or concern you have multiple ways to find the answer whether it is through the community, PodBean college, or accessing the Technical side of PodBean.

Update: Nun werde ich noch mehr belästigt, ich weiß nicht woher die sich meine Mail eingekauft haben, aber sie spamen weiter und lassen mich nicht in Ruhe. Zudem wollten die über Trustpilot meine Handynummer und vollen Namen haben. Seid bitte vorsichtig bei denen!

Podbean is such a great platform as it allows you to create your own playlists of Podcasts and delete those you have listened to. Also excellent customer service.

Difficult to cancel. I tried to cancel before trial and I couldn't figure it out in time just to get it cancelled and fired from a job because I couldn't get the money back. If they cared they would have seen I didn't even use it. It was also for 39 bucks and I don't remember seeing anything about the no refunds policy. So now I'm out 1000 for a big project I couldn't finish for a client because they took the money out of my account. I can't pay my rent over 39 bucks. It's silly right? I can't get food over 39 bucks. Silly right? Lost a job over 39 bucks. Now everything else is about to be gone. Over 39 bucks And. Ridiculous cancel policy that you have to click and click and click to find.
