Meticulous Craftsmanship
I initially made my order on May 26th and received my order on June 25th, which was not in the timeframe of the 1-2 weeks. When I first inquired about the bracelet through email I asked about the ability for it to be made at 7.25 length which they said they could as well as add the logo engraving. I also questioned about the ability and cost of rhodium plating the bracelet. The one thing that was not conveyed to me was the fact that it is a multi day process. Even if they would've informed me of that I probably would've still continued to have it rhodium plated. However the process took a lot longer because they caught some mistakes after the rhodium plating that they needed to go back and fix. As disappointing as the time frame was the meticulous Craftsmanship made up for it and made the extra wait worth while. I am very happy with the level of detail, the tight links, the polish, and the fit. I ordered a 7mm and it came out to 8mm. I couldn't be more pleased with my bracelet and I will definitely continue to do business with Pochy. I have a bracelet from Goldzenn as well and the biggest difference is the customer service. Goldzenn sent finished product photos before they sent out my bracelet and the sales rep kept me updated throughout the whole process. If Pochy could do something different I'd like to see them be more accurate with the timeline (even if longer than expected) and to send finish product photos.
