The PMSuite application (and plans) are really good. I signed up for the free trial and jumped right in (free trial only lasts for 7 days). Pretty quickly, I had some questions (working with a non-profit is a bit different than a regular business) and I needed clarifications about how to do specific things. Their support team was incredible. They immediately jumped on it and helped me to understand how to make the product work for me, so I could make an informed decision about how to move forward in the best interest of our team. Answers were clear, responses were quick and understanding what the app can and cannot do is something they were refreshingly honest about. The area in which their app could not currently help our need, was even brought to the development team. This truly is a company that considers customers a very important part of the team and genuinely cares about making things work, even if it requires extra effort on their own part. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I purchased the software. I was firstly shocked by such a price thought it was some kind of joke but software is legit and its really good for small businesses. Definitely recommend it !

best general business dashboard so far

CRM is very intuitive. The dashboards and project features are a great bonus too! Well worth the one time payment

Great program still learning

All in one awesomeness. Been so easy to use and I feel like I've barely scratched the surface on what it can do for my business.

PM Suite is very user friendly workspace and its cover all the necessary requirement of my business structure specially related to Employee management, Recruitment, Sales, Project Management, new customer leads and deal management and invoicing as well. Gantt chart, letter templets, contract and proposal templets are another advantage that we have aceheived through this workspace.

Still learning how to operate and make the software more productive, so far, I am happy with it. It has a lot of advantages for the business. I think it's just a question of time before my customers get used to it, but having everything handy is great. I wish it could connect to Wave accounting. I hope it will in the near future.
