I have been testing the program for a couple months now. This has the potential to be a great product but needs a ton of work to get it there. The software looks and runs well, but does not seem to be linked across all its verticals . They all seem to be stand alone systems that were put together as a "Project management system" that was build to do employee management or HR as its primary job and not manage projects. This is fine, just market it this way and be clear. You Have to customize and change each individual part of the system to make it really work Support is good, having ability to speak to someone would make it much better. Roadmap is very unclear and lack of updates from the company make it difficult to see where they are taking the product or if they have decided to leave it as is and not release or add anything that is listed on their roadmap breakdown. Many of the things listed are just repeated across the categories and rarely updated.
