There were misspellings, information that ran off the bottom of the slides, and the voice is computerized. All boring and noise. At the price I paid, I expected it to be much much better in quality.

PM Simplify quickly replied to me and advised me as to what I was doing wrong when claiming PDU's on PMI. I will be purchasing more courses from them. Next time, I'll be sure to read and follow directions carefully and fully and not to jump the gun and assume the worst. Thanks, PMSimplify.

This was a glorified powerpoint. I wanted a true learning experience where I could pick up new skills that I could apply in my job. What I received did not engage me in the material. Quizzes, role plays, vocabulary and case studies sprinkled throughout would have created a more engaging learning experience.

The 55 PDUs package is an excellent source to renew with PM fundamentals and other essential skills of a PM such as communication and leadership styles. I recommended such a course to anyone. In addition to that, I needed some support from their customer service, and their response was quick and efficient. Gilles.
