PMSimplify does not secure customer data
PMSimplify customer data -- names and passwords -- is available on the dark web. PMSimplify has done nothing to notify customers of the data breach, and they clearly do not secure customer data.

I can not believe PMI would certify…
I can not believe PMI would certify this education provider. The material is poorly organized with no chapters and missing material that they reference in their test questions. They say they provide two 100 question banks, but most questions are in both quizzes. There is no reference to why an answer is correct or incorrect.

Nonexistent customer service
I bought the wrong bundle and have a 30 PDU course in there that I purchased several years ago and cannot use for current PDUs. I have left several messages with PMI Simplify to try and switch to a different bundle but no one has called back. I honestly wonder if there is anyone manning this ship as customer service appears non existent.

Your site is mis-guiding about PDUs
Your site is mis-guiding about PDUs You say 40 pdu but don't say which category. I bought 60 and I am out of luck for Leadership and strategic category

Below expectations
The material cant be downloaded in pdf. The audio tutorial is not accessable on Mac!

Poor customer experience
I sent emails regarding a system issue that made it impossible for me to get a PDF of my certificate from the website. I got no response to any of the mails.
