The customer reported concerns with the installation, and after you confirmed that everything had been completed correctly, we sent another technician to inspect the project. Some corrections were required, which resulted in additional costs to complete the service for the customer. We informed you that these costs would be deducted from the original payout and that the remaining balance would still be paid. We also attempted to contact you several times to discuss this but did not receive a response. We appreciate the previous projects you completed successfully for us and would have preferred to resolve this directly. We strive to build long-lasting relationships and would never jeopardize those relationships for a small financial gain.

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred. This customer contacted us regarding two separate projects: an exterior door replacement and a ceiling repair. Based on the photos provided, we prepared estimates for both projects, and the exterior door replacement was scheduled first. Our technicians completed the door installation as scheduled. After the customer later mentioned a minor concern regarding light visible around the door, we immediately arranged for our technician to return the following day and make the necessary adjustment at no additional cost. The issue was resolved promptly because we stand behind our work and are committed to providing quality service. While our technicians were on-site, they also reviewed the ceiling repair project. After seeing the area in person, it became clear that the scope of work was more extensive than what could be determined from the original photos. As a result, we updated the estimate to reflect the additional labor required. At that point, the ceiling repair project had not yet begun and was planned to be scheduled for a later date. This was simply a revised quote based on the actual scope of work, not an attempt to take advantage of anyone. As with any estimate, the customer was under no obligation to proceed and was free to accept or decline the updated quote. The concerns expressed in this review arose after the estimate for the ceiling repair was updated. However, the exterior door installation was completed, and the follow-up adjustment requested by the customer was addressed immediately at no additional cost. We remain committed to transparent communication, fair pricing, and standing behind the work we perform.
