Never got my items!!! It’s been 3 weeks.

Only reason they got one star is because I could not write a review without doing so. I ordered a shirt as a Birthday present a month ago. Came in the mail today. HORRIBLE. It is a fruit of the loom heavy cotton that is so out of shape already and the print is soooo large it covers the entire front of the shirt. Also is printed crooked. For what I paid for this shirt I am extremely sad. I put the shirt in the garbage. Additional: So I have asked for a refund on several occasions and and tried calling and all I get is automated recording with two option and non of them are to talk to a live person. Tried chatting and waited 15 minutes for a agent to come on and nothing. They said they are reprinting my order. I do not want a reprint. I want a refund. This was a gift a month ago and no resolution. Do not order from here. All of the emails are automated and they do not read what you write.

Placed my order on 5/5/20 and received an email on 5/13/20 stating that my shirts were printing. Never received anything. Sent email to them and advised that if my order didn't ship by the end of that week, I wanted my order cancelled. They replied by giving me a 10% discount and saying that my order would ship soon. Almost 2 weeks later still nothing so sent another nasty gram to them stating to cancel my order by the end of the next week, no refunds except in full. I too got an email back on 6/10/20 that my order would ship on 5/28/20. I called them on it and then was informed that they were giving me a 40% discount. So disappointed.

Love everything I ordered for Graduation. My son, nephews & nieces all graduated from different colleges and were so excited when they received their mugs and bags.

I ordered masks from them May 1st. I have not yet recieved them. I think this website may be a scam.

This is awful, ordered May 5th and nothing, I sent a email today June 15, the second one and the reply was they were planning to ship on May 28th. This is obviously some kind of form mail, seriously no customer service, no product, everyone needs to know this is a rip off. It is too bad the ideas look so cute, I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this company! Ordered over a month ago and finally after an attempt to cancel my order (since it was in "printing" for over 5 weeks) I received part of my order with no word on when the rest of it would ship. The overall quality of the product I received is poor. The screen print is dull, crunchy and very stiff. I'll be shocked if after one or two washes it stays intact. I ordered a black shirt and it came very faded looking, more like a dark blue/gray tone. Hopefully if I get the rest of my order, it's of better quality since they refuse to allow me to cancel it.

I honestly cannot say how I am going to like the product that I ordered because it was ordered on 4/29/20 and now the ESTIMATED delivery date is 6/17/20. And these are masks that are needed in this current covid-19 time. I understand about deliveries etc. during these challenging time BUT when you are advertising on facebook - you should have noted the possibilty of delay. Instead you are stating your usual 2-4 weeks. 7 weeks from date of order is unbelievable. And all those good reviews below, well you will probably never see mine.
