This is a rip off!
Paid extra for 3 -day expedited shipping, its been 13 days and still no package. Web-chat doesn't respond, tracking numbers are bogus and pre-recorded messages are useless. I got ripped off! I do not recommend this website

Order a t-shirt about 3 weeks ago not heard nothing so I contact them twice?? and still nothing....had put a claim in with PayPal and still nothing. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Literally get a computer response. Never received a large order and when given tracking number the order was not traceable or found.

Cant get an answer to a simple request
Cant get an answer to a simple request. No i dont find this website user friendly or an excellent customer service!!! No packing slips enclosed or even order number references. Tshirt sizes are not true to size!! Very small!!! Awful customer service.

DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
I ordered a t shirt for my son in a size med, a medium came about 2 1/2 weeks later , I took it out of package and it was a med, but looks like it could fit my 5 yr old grandson!!! So disappointed!! Tried to call them but of course all it is is a COVID message!! I’m so mad!!

Sorry Second Experience
I had previously ordered with no problems at all. My second experience? I am still waiting for the shirts - it's been over a month. You can't get a person on the phone and the email response was I cannot cancel. Yet they were paid. I'm not going to be using them again.

So I’ve accidentally ordered wrong size…
So I’ve accidentally ordered wrong size on one of eight shirts ordered . Customers Customer service contact via phone NON-existent. NO personal email correspondence returned. So RUDE!!!!

I filed a complaint with Piztee…
I filed a complaint with Piztee regarding the printing on my t-shirt being faded. i waited for 2 weeks for a response. When I did not get a response, I sent an email and they claimed never to have gotten a complaint. I sent them a copy of the email they sent confirming the complaint. To date, they still say they have not gotten a complaint from me. I am asking for a refund with PayPal. This company's "customer service" stinks. I will NOT be ordering from them again. BEWARE!!
