I am taking CBD capsules 10 mg twice a day. My pain is improving, but it is hard to tell how much of the improvement is the CBD, because I am taking other meds for pain as well and having acupuncture treatment. One thing I am sure about is that Steven in customer service was wonderful in answering all my questions. I hope that one day I can really test it if I don't need to take the other medications. the only reason for the 4 not 5 stars is that I really don't know yet how to isolate the effect of CBD.
