I have arthritis in both my knees and I use Plus CBD Oil products to help them. The balm (salve, Original) is excellent. It decreases both swelling and pain. I use it a couple of days a week. I also use the gummies. I cut them in several parts and take one on most days when I don't use the salve. These products have really helped my knees to have much less pain and to increase my mobility .
