I started taking the Plus CBD oil capsules 1 week ago. Within one day I noticed how much more relaxed I was, and more importantly how the pain in my left hip was almost gone! I’m usually pretty skeptical of new product health claims, but this one seems to deliver. I will continue to take this CBD oil as I am pleased with how good it makes me feel.

I have been taking caps. 25 mg twice daily with good results. I have spinal stenosis with low to moderate pain. Haven’t taken Advil for 3 months. Highly recommend!

Of the 4 different products I have tried the 1500 mg/2oz pluscbd seems most effective, especially at the reasonable price. I still struggle with dosing issues—how much, when, etc. I believe that alcohol ( it interferes with rem sleep) interferes with cbd effectiveness & am continuing with experimentation. Btw the Mayo Clinic has published a dosing chart. I fear many ppl will not get results from a cbd product, wrongly attributing it to the cbds—when it’s more about the marketing of sellers trying to convince ppl to buy a low cost product, wrongly claiming 1/2 dropper is all you need—I was a victim of this approach at first & am delighted I found pluscbd
