PlusCBDOil was first introduced to me by my pharmacist. Recently his store discontinued sales so I now buy it online here. I take the capsules. I struggle with joint pain, depression and anxiety. I have found this CBD oil works to alleviate my anxiety. It took about 30 days before I noticed a difference, but it certainly does help.

Good for insomnia the first couple of nights. After that, my body developed tolerance to it and became almost useless. I do have chronic sleeping issues and maybe it's not enough for me! However, given the relatively high price, I expected more effect. Sleep aid meds on amazon are much cheaper and could be more effective.
