It definitely seems to be helping my anxiety and insomnia. The first day I slept the entire night, I usually wake 5-10 times a night. When I feel my anxiety getting bad I take a dose and it calms me some. Any help is good help when it comes to anxiety. I also have noticed my mood is alot better.

Although the raw CBD oil worked for a friend’s son with calming his anxieties related to ASD, we had a diverse reaction. My six year old son with ASD became very aggressive towards us. We waited three weeks before stopping the oil to see if it would change, it did not. It’s not for everyone!
