Seems to help a little with insomnia. I don’t think the number of doses in the bottle is accurate though.

In a sea of hemp products, this product shines! How it’s produced and by whom went a long way in why I chose this product and I am not disappointed. I damaged a joint in the wrist of my dominant hand and after trying many topical creams, this balm absolutely helped noticeably in managing the extreme pain being experience. I had never used a hemp product before as I was leary of what I might actually be buying. The consistency, (similar to a lip balm) and light scent is good. There aren’t guidelines on how it should be used but applying as needed seem to work well for me. The first few days I applied it every couple of hours. There was a noticeable improvement in my comfort level. I imagine this would work well on arthritis also. I plan to purchase this for a couple of family members. I’m a believer.

I bought the oil for pain. I’ve been taking 40mg for nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t noticed any difference. I was hoping this was going to help the constant pain in my knees and foot.
