I onboarded with Plus Agency because I was able to pay using a credit card which is more convenient for my business to avoid cash flow issues. unfortunately, I have to cover the CC processing fee. I would love to see a credit line option in the near future.

So horrible customer service, Thank god they were harsh before I even join them! I just asked if someone else will be a able to check my campaigns, simple question right? Their response LITERALLY 'we don't care about your campaigns, why will we check them?' 'We are not interested in working with you' 'please look for another agency' so so horrible! Stay away!!!
