Such an amazing experience! I wish I could give this review more than five stars. Communication over email was done in an extremely timely manner, with every question answered in detail! They listened to all of my requests/wants and even gave me some suggestions for my rings that worked out perfectly! I cannot praise this business enough! And I can't even begin to explain how beautiful my rings are!

Renee and Kristy were beyond helpful and made me feel so supported during the process. They were very patient with me and helped me make the perfect custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. They were also very genuine and honest with their recommendations and truly explained every step of the way in a way where I felt I understood what I was deiciding on and it's importance. They were amazing and I had an amazing experience when I initially thought this process would be overwhelming. Great customer service, all my questions were answered day-of and were extremely helpful. When I had concerns about the arrival date of the shipping, they waited for me to confirm before moving along. The packaging was excellent and included lots of information about the diamond as well as the complimentary services. Overall, I am excited to get other PD jewelry for my loved ones in the future.

The ring is gorgeous. Great craftsmanship and with a lab diamond, we were able to get something larger and clearer for a fraction of the cost. 5/5 would recommend.
